Gemenc Distillery Kft. Maize, rye, barley are used as raw materials, - barley is also used to make malt. The maturation pattern in new base barrels of maximum 136 liters matures 65% grain spirit for a minimum of 2 years. After two years, they either ripen in used wine barrels or bottle the whiskey in its biennial condition.
