Thousands of Tolna landscapes from prehistoric times to the conquest of Hungary

The archaeological exhibition of the Mór Wosinsky County Museum shows the changes in the lifestyle of people living in Tolna County from prehistoric times to the conquest of Hungary.

Our Heritage - Centuries of Tolna County

Our Heritage. Centenary of Tolna County, the permanent exhibition focuses on the presentation of the traditional world, a world with at least upper boundaries that have become very blurred.

Animated Images - A small town at the turn of the century

With the exhibition "Bringing to life" we invite the visitor for a walk among the scenery that evokes the world of the turn of the century Szekszárd. With the help of giant-sized photographs on the scenes, we would like to illustrate the mood of a city that had made significant progress in urbanization at this time, but still a small wine-producing city, at a time when Budapest became a true metropolis; Kaposvár - and more and more they look like a big city.
